Project Summary
Structor Projects was engaged as the head contractor for the construction of 3-stage Storage King self-storage facility in Port Macquarie. In partnership with STORCO STORAGE SYSTEMS, together we transformed a large vacant lot into a state-of-the-art self storage facility, boasting over 6000m2 of self storage units over two levels, with wide driveways and goods lift for easy access.
Project Summary
Structor Projects undertook the design and construct of a new car sales showrooms for Golden West Honda and Renault in Dubbo, NSW. The team successfully produced two impressive showrooms with their own unique look, constructed with expert craftsmanship and finished to meet the requirements of dealer Corporate Image guidelines. Design and Construct of commercial office building and workshop for Pace Cranes, in Peakhurst, NSW. Concrete tilt panel and steel frame construction, complete with new office fit-out and hardstand service yard.

Construction: This project comprises of two-storey offices (419m2), mezzanine area (74m2), workshop and warehouse area (606m2) and wash bay area (294m2). State of the art offices, amenities and fit out area upholds the modern workshop and wash bay facilities. As a turn-key project, this also included electrical and mechanical works, car parking and fully landscaped exterior.
An accounting firm, located in Orange NSW required new premises for their rapidly expanding business. Structor Projects came on board to design and construct new offices to improve their work space design and give the firm a modern approach to servicing their clients.
